Forming tools

Our service is implementation of our engineering know how for tools design. We offer mechanical excellence, brainstorming sessions, precise Project management with best practice from SCRUM methodology. This allows us to adapt to your processes so we can work in a efficient way.

Progressive stamping tools

Progressive stamping is a metalworking method that can encompass punching, coining, bending and several other ways of modifying metal raw material, combined with an automatic feeding system. The feeding system pushes a strip of metal (as it unrolls from a coil) through all of the stations of a progressive stamping die. Each station performs one or more operations until a finished part is made. The final station is a cutoff operation, which separates the finished part from the carrying web.

The carrying web, along with metal that is punched away in previous operations, is treated as scrap metal. Both are cut away, knocked down (or out of the dies) and then ejected from the die set, and in mass production are often transferred to scrap bins via underground scrap material conveyor belts. The progressive stamping die is placed into a reciprocating stamping press. As the press moves up, the top die moves with it, which allows the material to feed. When the press moves down, the die closes and performs the stamping operation. With each stroke , a completed part is removed from the die.

Transfer stamping tools

Sheet metal forming in medium-high volume production environments is often completed through the use of a Transfer Press operating a number of dies as a complete system. Each die in the system is responsible for adding more shape to the part until the metal work piece attains its final shape. What makes transfer stamping unique is that a single press operates a number of tools, the movement of the sheet metal work piece from one operation to the next is performed by automation either built into the press or onto the dies.

With each closing of the press the entire system of tools will close, each performing its designed work to the sheet metal. Upon opening the built in transfer mechanism moves the workpiece from one operation to the next in the sequence.

Product design

Combining our knowledge of engineering and design to create functional and marketable mechacnical parts and assemblies.

What we offer

What you get

Examples

Tools and jigs

The company design and innovate tools and jigs according to the wishes and need of buyers.

Productivity

Jigs and fixtures increases the productivity by eliminating the individual marking, positioning and frequent checking. The operation time is also reduced due to increase in speed, feed and depth of cut because of high clamping rigidity.

Interchangeability and quality

Jigs and fixtures facilitate the production of articles in large quantities with high degree of accuracy, uniform quality and interchangeability at a competitive cost.

Skill reduction

There is no need for skillful setting of work on tool. Jigs and fixtures makes possible to employ unskilled or semi skilled machine operator to make savings in labour cost.

Cost reduction

Higher production, reduction in scrap, easy assembly and savings in labour cost results in ultimate reduction in unit cost.
